Welcome to Lokinesto (Hereinafter Referred To As "We") online store. This shipping policy explains how orders are confirmed, processed, and delivered, and outlines the related arrangements and responsibilities during transportation.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are available throughout the United Kingdom only. Locations outside the United Kingdom are currently not supported.

2. Shipping Fees And Pricing Details

Orders with a total value of 79.99 GBP or more (Including 79.99 GBP) qualify for free delivery. Orders with a total value below 79.99 GBP are subject to a flat delivery fee of 10.99 GBP.

All listed product prices include all applicable taxes and related charges. You are not required to pay any additional fees at checkout or upon delivery.

3. Order Cut Off Time

Our operating hours are GMT 8:00 - 18:00. Orders placed and successfully paid before 18:00 will begin processing from the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next working day. If a rest day applies, processing will begin on the next available working day.

4. Order Processing Time

The standard order processing time is 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. This period includes order verification, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.

5. Estimated Shipping Duration

The estimated total delivery time is 7 to 10 working days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to logistics scheduling, weather conditions, or other operational factors.

6. Shipping Carriers

We select appropriate shipping methods based on order requirements and destination conditions. Commonly used carriers include the following.

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and shipping carrier details. Once the order has been dispatched, you may visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used for the order along with the corresponding order number to check the current order status.

8. Transportation Responsibility

The following statements describe responsibility during the delivery process under standard circumstances.

  • Damaged Or Lost Items: If the package arrives with visible damage, missing contents, or does not match the order details, please contact us within a reasonable time after receipt and provide relevant photos or information to assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping Changes And Cancellations: Requests for order changes or cancellations may be submitted before the order enters the dispatch process. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Delivery Address And Responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Any delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will be attributable to the order submission details.

9. Receipt And Inspection Notes

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If any abnormalities are observed, it is recommended to record the condition at the time of receipt and contact us promptly. Completion of receipt indicates that the external packaging appeared normal at the point of delivery.
